Relieving our beach trip to La Luz Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas last July of 2014. Welcome Drinks (free) are available upon arrival and you will be warmly greeted at the reception. Be careful when walking on the beach shore as there are lots of pebbles and some jellyfish washed ashore. The resort is covered with white sands (not really white though, it's like dirty white or beige. Perfect for sunbathing or chilling around the beach. We have a premier room reserved good enough for a group of 8 to 10 people. It's a 2 storey loft with terrace. The beds are clean and comfy. There is not enough ventilation though. Good thing we book our room in advanced. The room rate comes with free breakfast, lunch, mirienda and dinner. Our room is located just in front of their restaurant making it easy to get in line. All their meals are buffet. Do take pictures in between breaks. There are plenty of bamboo lounge chairs but make sure to bring sunblock and mosquito repellent if you plan to stay long under the sun.
